Geography:
Los abrigos están todos en las concavidades erosivas del rodeno triásico y circundados de pinares que hacen la estancia agradable y la temperatura excelente aún en lo más fuerte del verano; en otras épocas no es recomendable por el frío o la dificultad de recorrer estos caminos embarrancados por las lluvias. Está situado en las cercanías de la Casa Forestal de Selva Pascuala a escasa altura sobre la Rambla del Anear y en medio de frondosos pinares. Es un largo abrigo de 13 metros de longitud, cubierto por los estratos superiores que le dan protección formando un voladizo de 2'25 metros de saliente máximo. Su altitud sobre el nivel del mar es de 1.020 metros y la orientación general del abrigo es O (260º). La roca es rodeno patinado normalmente en tono claro y las pinturas se encuentran agrupadas en dos zonas: una a la izquierda de 2 m. de longitud y otra a su derecha de un metro, separadas ambas por un espacio de cinco metros sin figuras, ocupando una franja de 1'50 metros de altura máxima. Las desconchaduras de la roca han atacado mucho a sus figuras, sobre todo en la parte izquierda del abrigo, en donde muchas sufren desperfectos más o menos grandes y quizás otras se perdieron totalmente. La zona es muy agradable y las pinturas están debidamente protegidas por una valla metálica.
