Figura de um veado de grandes dimensões. O corpo foi todo picotado no interior, mas nele foram também gravadas duas cabeças. Na parte supeiror foram também gravadas algumas pequenas cabras picotadas a traço tosco.

Abstract: Quinta da Barca it's one of the three biggest nucleous of open-air Rock-art site of Vale do Côa Archaeological Park, together with Penascosa and Canada do Inferno. It´s located on the left side of Côa river in front of Penascosa site, and integrates 24 schist rocks, spread along 350m. The engravings represent zoomorphic mothifs and rare scratched mothifs made by pecking, scratching and abrading, dated from Palaeolithic Only two of these rocks were totally studied: rocks 2 and 3. |
