Abstract: Rego da Vide it's an open-air Rock Art site of Vale do Côa Archaeological Park (Vila Nova de Foz Côa). It's located on the left side of Côa River, and integrates nine schist rocks, with engravings, mostly modern, and some palaeolithics. The most important is rock 1, which presents palaeolithics engravings of a goat, auroche, and an indeterminated animal. The modern's one, show representation of trains, boats, animals, religious mothifs, inscriptions and dating. All the engravings were made by pecking, scratching and abrading techniques.
