In questa interessante grotta, i cui studi devono essere ancora approfonditi, sono state rinvenute numerose figure umane schematiche immesse su un fondo di elementi poligonali e labirintiformi. In Sicilia sono rappresentate più o meno tutte le forme espressive presenti nelle altre regioni, la sequenza stilistica va da un marcato naturalismo a forme sempre più schematiche, fino a raggiungere la massima schematizzazione nel Neolitico.

EuroPreArt, European Prehistoric Art, is a web-based archaeological project funded by the European Union which aims to establish a lasting data-base of European prehistoric art documentation, to launch the base of an European institutional network and to contribute to the awareness of the diversity and richness of European Prehistoric Art.
