Trata-se de um dos sítios de arte rupestre no norte de Portugal, com um grande maior número de gravuras.Entre as quais, cruciformes, pontos, "horseshoes", "palettas", motivos de fi, escadas pares de pontos unidos por uma linha recta, e representação de machados.

Notes:
Outeiro Machado it's a Rock art site located in Val de Anta, with the largest number of engravings in the north of Portugal, containing cruciforms, dots, "horseshoes", "palletes", phi motifs, pairs of dots united by a straight line, and the so called axes.

EuroPreArt, European Prehistoric Art, is a web-based archaeological project funded by the European Union which aims to establish a lasting data-base of European prehistoric art documentation, to launch the base of an European institutional network and to contribute to the awareness of the diversity and richness of European Prehistoric Art.
